The first windy day of our holiday, so I made the trip from Petra to the SigriSurf Center in the west of Lesbos.
After getting acquainted, I could hit the water with (nice surprise) a full slalom board (Tabou Manta 71). The surf center is a bit in the wind shade, so it was difficult to know how hard it really blew....and that was just not strong enough for this combination.

So I quickly went back for a bigger board (7.2 was the biggest sail of the center). That was OK for a short time, but contrary to the predictions (it was going to keep blowing all day) the wind went out pretty quickly.

Tomorrow another chance with hopefully some more (and a longer time) wind.
