Started out with little hope of a great speed session, as there was so much chop. Then the wind shifted a tiny bit and there was Makkum speed perfection.
Personal Best on Max speed (display 77,97 :) ), 10s run, 500m and avg!! All five runs were faster than my fastest run before this session :)!!!
