Nice session, was a bit low powered with 5,6m² but was so long ago I had a sail, I was happy with it. Speeds could have been better, but I saw 70 on the display, was a while...Very nice atmosphere, good people, and had a good laugh with Joerie and Fabian. Was on the chilly side, but the central heating did a good job!

Wasn't on a board for over six weeks and didn't do much exercices because of jobs around the house and I had to pay cash today. Cramps and tired after few run's. Not the speeds I hoped for, but only who sailed is able to post, resting on the couch wouldn't help today...
