Maiden voyage of the brand new F2 SX Silberpfeil 82 LTD and the Loftsails 8.6 Racing Blade. Both were since 2 months on my trailer and, resulting from lack of wind, unused. The wind then: gusty offshore varying from 3-6Bft. The 82 planes a little later than my 85-er. The new 8.6 feels the same as my 9.2. The water level has dropped considerably; had to walk  ages before i could start. Taking the conditions into consideration, the 50km/h peak is not bad at all. Silberpfeile are from 100% carbon and with this board, when the deck is wet, it shows in all it's beauty. Anxious to test it at the Kraayenbergse Plassen where i live. Although there, it is always gusty! But with a straight fin, Winheller Prototypes 46cm Carbon, it will sail even better.
