Herne Bay Session at  Meola. Wind was ballistic gusting 40 knots and uncomfortable much of the time. Choppy as hell and survival mode. Ended up floating in the ferry channel off Chatswood for  5 minutes at one stage before wind dropped enough to sail back to the shallows at Herne Bay. Had a few runs close to the reef but was too gusty and only flat for 100m or so. Never really got in the groove. Should have been out earlier.
