Day 4 at Karpathos. 

Lighter winds today, so switched to 7.0. Found it difficult to go fast, but did get one good, long gust that delivered a nice 250m. In the afternoon I tried some gybing again when the wind was lighter, but nearly crashed them all... mostly due to lack of wind. Good practice though, so will keep to it.

Called it a day a bit early, despite the fact that the next few days look windless. My arms are getting a bit crispy though, so better to be safe than sorry.
