Great session today with a nice crowd! Picked the same kit as yesterday with the MxR 24 10% from the start. It felt great and results were better than yesterday as well. Awesome!
On a side note: my 2 weeks boot camp on Karpathos definately delivered. 2 consecutive days a mini Brace expedition without a problem, I'm in the best shape since years! Love it!
