Ouch, one of the more painfull days in my surfcarreer. I sailed into a sandbank at full speed and crashed hard. First I bounched in the boom and after that I smashed trough the sail with my hand. Now my hand and ribs are bruised quite a bit. The crash happend just when the big winds came. To bad I was getting some nice speeds at the time. I tried one run but the pain was too much. Besides the crash it was a nice day, some sun, a lot of surfers and wind. Thank Hans and Andries for helping me to get out of my wetsuit and derig!
