First day with my new 2007 slalom / speedmonster; the Starboard iSonic 111. Therefor I didn't want to push myself to the limit, first I wanted to get to know the board a little, and high speeds weren't much of a requirement. Marginal conditions and 42.0 display speed wasn't even so bad with this setup. The board needed a little bit more effort to keep it going, but when planing it felt just like a freeride board, very comfortable.

Can't wait for my next sessions on this board!
