Winds were NW, then NNW so there was a big wind shadow inside.  Ray 95 is a sinker for me so I waded out to the windline, then waterstarted and sailed away.  I was fortunate to get a gust of wind to take me into the shore, otherwise it would have been a long swim.

WNW is better for Rocky Pt.   Winds were gusting from 20 to 30+ mph.   Very nice runs headed towards the shore.
