First run out at West Kirby for 18 years. Had fun but the course was way too tight. Sailing on both tacks and bearing away at the end into choppy water. Sailed from 1pm - 5pm, body really hurts today. Farrel went out at 5 when the wind seemed to pick up again, it may have swung a liitle as well but I was on my way back to the airport.
