West Kirby. The wind was West S/W.The wind was quite square but I still managed a personal best at 40.7 knots on the GPS display. Not bad for my old Mistral Electron with a 28cm Concrete wave fin. I always thought it could do 40 knots. Now thats what you call Speed Sailing on the cheap.
