| Doel voor dit jaar is binnen. Over de 70. Zelfs een 10s run over de 70. Heerlijk zo'n dagje vechten tegen de elementen. Alle PR racers gefeliciteerd!

| Great day at Bad Hoophuizen, almost all the local speedies were there ( except roger, who was a bit late ) I've waited a long time for this kind of speeds, but then finally my average is over the 70 kmh. And probably i've set the new badhoophuizen record (from the locals).

Started at around 16.30 when most of the others went of the water. Ruben had some nice high speeds again and also Roel/Ronald had PR's.
Second run towards the island was my highest max of the day. Went upwind to Bob, but he was not very happy... Hopefully after a good massage he will do better 2morrow :-).
After a while I already had a few good runs (all pretty close to the max speed).
Decided to go more towards the east, but at first that was not much faster untill I had one great run of 75max and 74run. That tasted for more... I had another go, but had a major crash at 72km/h. All was still ok, but it was around 3 years ago that I had such a big one.
After a short brake I made some extra runs towards the island, but when I wanted to stop I after a run I took off into the air and hit my board with my shin/knee.
I immediately thought of MvM his injury and checked if everything was ok. Got on my board asap and went back ashore. Now have to wait if I can still walk tomorrow...

| Wa trouwens nog vergeten te schrijven dat door de klap met m'n knie, m'n board flink kapot is aan de rail. Die moet dus eerst nog gerepareerd worden...

Jongens wat zijn jullie ook hard gegaan op BH. Allen gefeliciteerd. Ruben grandioos om je gemiddelde in eens over de 70 te tikken. Dat wordt een nieuwe jaardoelstelling...
Heb nog kort overwogen om na Horst ook nog even op BH te varen maar het ging zo lekker dat ik daar bleef. Resultaat een max van 74,39 en een run van 71...
