  1. Click login
  2. Click "Forgot Your Password"
  3. Fill in in tour OLD e-mail address
  4. fill in the verification code you received and click "Change Email"
  5. Fill in the new e-mail address
  6. fill in the verification code you received 
  7. Complete the procedure and login.
  8. You will no have a empty and clean account, DO NOT provide your profile information.
  9. After Log in with the new email we do a manual check on duplicate accounts. to trigger the manual check please sent an email:

  • message: old email ...... changed to new email .......... (at the ... fil in the information)
