Tried to improve, but couldn't reach the speeds from last week.

Used 20cm Z-fin instead of 19 cm to get more lift and were closer sailing to the sandbags.

At the end of the day I found out theat the cross batten was split and the mast sleeve was worn through by the trailer. On the most important 5.6 sail. Waiting to for higher winds to use the new 5.0 speed sail.

Always good to get the first session on the canal done.

Strange day could not find the gust all the way maybe i should have taken bigger just need that one gust extra and the first 50 would have been in. Good day for trying some extra setups.

Unfortunately lost my fastest session from 6.11. after my crash, can not charge my gps again :D

Much stronger wind today but struggling to get past 43 knots over 500m. More wind on the way

Had to post this session from my first day and first run ever on the canal in Luderitz. Nothing could have prepared me for the accelleration when I turned that corner on my way to the first speed camera. Then I was holding on, doing my best to stay in control, still not sure how I managed to stop somehow but it wasn't very gracious. Another rider told me in the evening that I looked rather shocked for 30 sec before a huge smile appeared on my face. That's how it felt like ;-)  Nice run to start this event with a solid 46 knots. Hungry for more...

Great testingday after my foodpoisoning that last for 3 days and 1 day off to take it easy by the canal. Did not push and enjoy every run even if it was underpowered during the day. Still go up 1.5 knots over 500m every day so still happy ;-)

Always good to get the first session on the canal done.
