It turned out to be a perfect afternoon after a rainy start. The wind picked up gradually, so I could get accustomed to the C4 sail. I must say I got used to the sail pretty quickly, just with a basic trim. For better speeds I have some tuning to do, but regarding the small size compared to my fellow surfers, it did a good job. It has heaps of power and with gusts of 25-30 knots I was not underpowered and getting on a plane was easy.
 I was AMAZED did I say AMAZED by how the C4 gybes, very easy and smooth rotation and instant power so you hardly lose speed coming out of the gybe. Good for alpha's (not this time however). I also tried the ss25 for the first time, again better feeling on square courses. Sooo, a new learning curve begins! 

John, je klopt me toch nog vandaag! Rob ook goed gevaren zeg! Naar buiten varen was inderdaad sneller, kwam ik te laat achter.
