It was a very light wind day. Finally a light breeze slipped in and I went to investigate. Mathew was cruising around on his Formula Board having a ball and he very kindly offered me a try.
It was great fun. Quite a challenge to find the angles to get the best speed.
The great advantage of speed sailing in 10 knots is that the water is very flat no matter where you go!
The effeciency compared to windspeed is quite remarkable! More than double, almost 2.5 windspeed!
