Quick grabbed session, bit of a bonus as I'd got back from my meetings earlier than expected.

Double bonus is that it looks like I've beaten a few of my PB's - session ave / 10sec ave / 100m - all adding up to a nice consistent session.

Wish I could say the same about the wind, it was up and down all over the place. Not as gusty as the last time out but gusty enough to be a pain!

Won't be long now until the nights draw in and there will be no chance for these cheeky after work sessions until next spring - Boo-hoo... :(

On that subject, can tell it's starting to get cold - only 3-4 weeks after I was last in my shorty wetsuit I could have been very happy in my full winter suit today, especially when I wasn't sailing!
