What a day. Finally everything comes together for me. After waiting for more than a year for the perfect circumstance to set some new personal best records. Today was the day for me. I’m totally stoked with the results. Finally my average is over the 70 km/h. Is took a long time to achieve this.

Today was the day of smiling faces at lake Horst. The water was for this wind really flat. The gusts were strong and I found the place on the water were you have to start your run. In the beginning I did a few 68 runs but when the wind turned on I started to set runs from 71. At one moment I saw a bug gust coming in and I was on the right place to start my run and hit the gust. The acceleration was in sane and at the end I saw a max of 76.7 on the dial with a run of 73.15. Mission accomplished time for food.

After the lunch brake I managed another 72km/h 10s run but the best was gone for me. The wind was still increasing and my 6.2 was getting a little bit to big. I spoke with a few other guys and what they were telling me that is was raining personal bests. I saw only smiling faces on the water.

What a nice day. Also good to see that I’m still faster than Marco B.
