Nefyn is where I first learnt to windsurf back in the late eighties but I don't go there very often nowadays, perhaps once every few years. Whilst visiting my parents this year, I took my kit for out a bit of light wind back and forth outside of the bay. Seeing as I was wearing my GPS there for the first time, I thought that I may as well add the spot and my session to GPSSS.

It is not the greatest spot to windsurf because launching can be quite tricky (high cliffs mess up the wind) but it is a lovely beach for holiday makers and dinghy sailors.
