FINALLY!!!!!! a session with wind as forecast. After two months of waiting and slogging about, freezing cold with no wind, a good blast. Not too cold (no gloves, hat etc) and, for Minnis Bay, quite flat. None of the usual short chop.

The 6.8 was well powered in the gusts, very glad I didn't go smaller. Maybe should use a slightly larger fin with this sail (don't have one!).

Anyway, great to get back on the water,only disappointment is I didn't go any faster. 33 knots seems to be my latest barrier, still, my speeds NOT at Weymouth are catching up my proper speedcourse sessions so not too bad.
