Yesterday Col the la Bonette on the racebike (indoor)

This morning a gym workout and this afternoon a lovely session on the water to complete the energy depletion training.

Wind picked up so nicely powered up.

In windsurfing everybody knows when we talk about the big man, Antoine Albeau FRA-192. 

After this Defi there are two big men, Antoine and Floris.

Today the Dutch big man was on fire maxing out 70.5km/hr with his 8.4 and 85 wide Falcon in the middle of the lake, 500 meters from shore.

Big numbers mate !!!
