That was fun! We don't often get wind like that, along with flat water. We call the spot "the chook pond", and it has a short, curved weed bank that sits out of the water- good enough for peaks. Best run was when the wind was a bit more westerly, and a good angle on the bank. Then it swung more SW and made it too tight- so all runs were slingshots into chop after that. Better than open ocean!
