Big Forecast but it just didn't happen.
All ready to go and armed with a new 2009 Isonic Speed Special W49.... But the wind just died away. Grabbed the Sonic and floated around for a good hour. The rain eventually blew through and had a great little cruise in a decent Force 5.... sussing this place out. There are two banks here and both could potentially give some good speeds, the Northern Bank is short but pretty much mirror flat whilst the southern bank gives a good km of pretty flat water. I think a really solid breeze will be needed to get through here but on it's day... well it could be excellent. There are a few pretty shallow patches but I'll worry about them when i hit em...
