what a day... sometimes nuclear, big rain, sun, no wind near the beach and big chop...

started super frustrating for me, couldn't get going, thanks Thomas for saving my day, after some adjustments both to my gear and mentally i was going much better and faster every run, had to stop after 80km because I was super exhausted and cramping up, 6,2 was also to big by then.

welcome to the 40 knots club @ Steinhude Thomas, so cool to see how much you have improved since last year, had to give it everything to fight you off today... can't wait for our next battle ;)

hope for another day like this with lower water level, I think I can improve my 5x10 record a bit still ;)
