Sailed to the outer dams at Zonnemaire - Ouddorp haven- around Hompelvoet- back to the Punt- upwind to Kabbelaarsbank- downwind back to Zonnemaire and back to the Punt.
7.8 and medium board were big when going to Kabbelaar with 30 knots plus.
Good energy depleting training today.
