Loverly little 45min session down at Mersea island , the winds been from the East all week now and its the best windsurfing week this year as ive been  out most days either foiling or slalom.  Mersea was as always lumpy swells but as its east wind its flatter when the tide runs out.

Beach packed with lots of spectators whooping the gybes.

Also uploaded a session to strava that was saying speeds didint drop below 18mph av with top speed of 33mph, including gybe times.

looking fwd to getting on the flat water of Mauritius now to see if my speeds improve , let the packing commence
