First time with the 2008 Manta 59.

Did couple off adjustments on the straps. Did not find the perfect stance today. The wind was to square for real speed surfing, but it was a nice day anyway.
Cold feet tho!

The average is really to low for days like these. I did 67 km average last time with 22 knots off wind on the Manta 74, so I expected higher speeds today .. but they are even lower! But for a first session in 2008 it is oke!

First used the 28 cm Falcon F1 .. but that was a little bit to small. Also the board laid deep in the water with the tail. Then I took a good ole Select from 2006, and this was better. But downwind this fin is more nervous then the F1 Falcons .. maybe next time I try a 30 cm Falcon F1 .. maybe a bigger fin is faster on days like these ..
