Wind not consistent enough even with bigger sail on Speedboard. Last run was quickest with more of a WSW angle when tide was more than two hours in. Huge catapult earlier on in channel at end of run when board railed sideways in chop and front foot exited footstrap. Impaled my right hip on boom after going over the handle bars. Bit stunned having not done that in a while. Oouchhh!!!

NB : NP Harness lines alot stronger than my Gaastra ones which usually break at the webbing.
