First day on the water here! Aaaah, good to be back with the boys and to introduce my girlfriend to the island! Had only a short amount of time today and the fact that one of the battens had to be repaired took more time than I wanted, but once on the water it was like I had never left :D

I needed one run to get settled, then the next one was already a 69'er. Did around 8 runs in total with 1 aborted run due to traffic and that's it for today. Not a bad average - wait, it's my personal best here! Took me a couple of days each year to get any decent speed, now a PB already in the bag on the first day! Awesome!

Can't wait to see what DJK and JH have managed today! I heard some rumours already...
