Day 11 at Karpathos

Due to a stomach bug that kept me busy during the night I was feeling a bit shakey on the knees in the morning, so I skipped the early birds' and the early afternoon sessions all together. However, I couldn't resist going out in the late afternoon.

I didn't try a lot of runs, but did give it my best to try a few alpha's together with Dirk-Jan and I actually managed to improve my PB! Not just on Karpathos, but my overall Alpha PB! Pretty happy with that and there's definitely room for improvement on this board.

The forecast for the next few days looks a bit lighter, so that should be good fun cruising around here. I could think of far worse places to be right now ;)
