A very good day to test my new RRD XFire V6 98 liters. I rigged up 7.8 but also might have been possible 7.0., more accurate for this board.

Anyway, very good performance of the board, even being a bit over powered some times, not only because the wind but also because the pretty rough surface. Big sea and broken waves crossing to Lobos island trying to maintain maximum speed.

After spending the previous day in the flat waters of Matas Blancas this surface made a lot of fun for every body. Vikings were very happy. Söhren told me he never had this kind of sea in Denmark.

The board test was a success. I was waiting for this kind of conditions to really know the limits of this board. Amazing acceleration, great speed, easy planning and jibing and very soft sailing even in the roughest surface, which is supposed a contradiction to so high capacity to acelerate.

After this test, I had the chance to try a Manta 98 Liters 2015. But all details of that test was recorded in the next file, so.....
