A good day in Matas, again with a lot of friends. We planned this visit to the south from a week ago. Five cars. Probably more than 20 sandwiches and 20 bananas. A very vary group. English, Danish, Dutch and Spanish. George, Mike, Jasper, Sören, Ilo, Eugene and Graciela.

Quite strong wind and right direction, but very gusty. Surface flat enough.

I rigged 7.0 and 98L board with 30 fin, immediately more than 30 knots.

Little by little improving in each run, stopping at the begining of every one to make arrangements. A great fun and very useful practice to learn more about the gear.

The only "black spot" is the center-school recently  installed in the middle of the beach. That very tall building makes a quite long shade over the water. A part of this, people in charge should be more aware about the sailors in the water when they use their jet-skis or zodiac. I think Matas is not a good place for a school. It is dangerous for beginners because the off shore wind. I hope I'm wrong, but....will see.
