After driving to The Brace yesterday and nobody there to go for what would probably have been a very nice first session for 2016 (for me at least), and the waterlevel expected to be bad overthere today, I decided to drive to The Oak Forest, Strand Horst. 

I made some changes to the 49 which kept it's nose up to high whatever I did. Took out some tailkick, flattened the section between the straps as much as possible while still keeping a nice rockerline, took out the bevels there, which have no use in my opinion. Made some changes to the fin as well...and it works. The board now lies high on the water, but at a much lower angle and it accelerates way better as well. At speed it keeps the very same angle, which is what you want.  

So, happy that things worked out the way I hoped they would. And a nice session afterall. Next time I want to test some other fins I changed. I didn;t go for a longer fin today as it was very shallow. I love the 6.3 Speed Blade 2015 more and more!!!
