Birkenhead wharf session on high tide. Sailed up to just above Meola Reef on the incoming tide and did a downwinder back to the wharf. Super choppy as wind against tide, City ferries and lots of back wash over the other side between Herne Bay and the Harbour Bridge onramp.

First time on the Isonic 87 and a bit of an effort with 27 Hot Rod in less than average conditions. Underfinned, but fin may be okay on the flat fully loaded, otherwise will need bigger. Boom needs to be higher by at least 2cm next time and have tightened footstraps.
