This was my first visit to Point Clear for a slalom session with Dave White, Shaun Cook and their sailing buddies.

It is a great spot offering a wide variety of conditions and we spent most of our time in the open water which was quite lumpy. The lagoon looks like it could be pretty good for speed given the right wind direction. I had one run in the lagoon but everything else was in the lumpy stuff.

I think I should make an effort to visit more often in the future as it is a great venue for training.
