This was my return to the water after hurting my ribs at the last BSA event (three weeks ago). They're still painful but I was able to sail witout making them much worse.

The wind was light for most of the session but the odd gust came through and I got a few good runs, even on my biggest board.

I think everything from peak speed to 250m and 5x10s are PBs for this size of board (122L / 81cm).
