Stithians

The conditions were totally suicidal with a massively turbulet wind gusting  to Force 9+. No safe places to sail apart from close to a sheltered bank were you could bear off for about 4 seconds. Also no chance of using a smaller board as in the lulls the wind was down to just a few knots. On the last run I was totally lifted off the water and smashed headfirst into the rig by a 45knot gust. My gps was ripped off and washed to the other side where I  was damn lucky to find It!!!
