Shoal Bay session. Westerly outgoing tide. Rigged 5.8 RS MKII . Started on Isonic Speed Special W49 with 20 Slingshot then changed to Falcon with Hotrod 25, ended up using 20 slingshot on Falcon 80 when it flattened, but kicking myself as lacked horsepower on the flat. Should have been using 6.2 EVO II. Last year same spot and wind direction on Falcon 80, NP 5.8 and 20 Slingshot did a 37kn peak, but this time ran out of wind and water and was underpowered.

Some one footed dismounts at the end of the run in the shallows. Good fun!!
