First racing day of the 2014 Dunkerbeck GPS Speed Challenge at Matas Blancas, Fuerteventura.

First heat was pretty light windwise. Took the Love Machine 49 production board with 24cm mXr UFO HA asy fin and a protoype 2015 Ka Race 7.1. Peter  Weitenberg from Ka Sail borrowed me this sail as I do not have a Loft Racing Blade 7.0 sail next to my own 2013 Loft Racing Blades 5.6 and 6.3 I brought to the event. I sailed the prototype once at Strand Horst and was impressed by its feel and performance. It performed very well again during heat 1 and I ended in 3rd place behind Björn and Jurjen and in front of Anders! Happy boy! 2nd and 3rd heat were sailed in more wind with same board and fin and 6.3 Racing Blade sail. ASnother 2nd in heat 2 and a 5th in heat 3, tghis time with Anders and Minos in front of me. 3rd overall after day 1. Great!
