I expected some more wind and instead of 5.6 I rigged 6.3 and took my favorite speed toy. I saw my buddies Tim and Joeri going to the water. Tim on 5.6 and Joeri with his 6.3.
Tims sail was to small and he took a bigger board. When I hit the water I had no weight jacket and my first run was the fastest of the day. I told Tim to take my sail and I took his. It was a bit small but I am very happy he smashed his old record and now his member of that 40-knot club also!!

Congrats mate! Nice surfing with the buddies, everyone was having a great time again.
