The sail was far too small but I wanted to test a high wind set-up of my slalomboard so I took my X2-21 and Stealth 5.0. The board is 38cm wide one foot of, needless to say I was amazed with the performance of the fin.

At low speed it slided away, but in every gust it settles very fast and you never feel the fin is way too small for the board. Since it's also raked 30 degrees you would think a bigger fin is needed but this is not true.

The findepth seems to be speed related. The boardwidth (one foot of width) is far less important than any other fin I've ever sailed with.

Overall a nice session but bloody cold....
