Sandy Sunday sailing at Rocky Pt beach side.   Had very nice wind and while there was plenty of chop it was somewhat organized so that I could take some runs off the wind, that's how I got the 29 knots, near the sandy point on the West side of Hart-Miller Island.

Great session from 11 until 3:00, hardly any rain and winds that picked up as the day went on.   Monday might be a bit much with the gusts to 60, but it sure would be nice to find a flat water spot!
