How much weight do people use in weight jackets, and what sort of weight do you use? I have a liberty jacket and so far I threw 4kg of diving weights into it, but they are quite uncomfortable. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks john

Hi john, roofing flashing lead is best as you can mould it to shape of your back. It's thin and is sold in rolls. When you've weighed it, just cover it with duck tape to keep the fishes safe?? And I'm sure you already know to make sure the jacket is positively buoyant !!
