such hard work for 27 knots on 7.8 all afternoon

Something is wrong with my fin/board combo. If I could plane with this in the past I could get 32 peaks and 31 10s. The thread has gone on rear finbolt.....wonder if that could be anything to do with it as its now the third session.

Arrived at Portland and it looked a bit grim TBH, very misty and minimal wind but it picked up as the tide dropped and I decided on big board and 7.8 as a compromise combo, very nervous of the low water and did go over the handlebars at one point which finished my day but I'm pleased with the speeds on the Manta 85 and only a 7.8, not bad at all!
