Today was the last day of our holiday and it was a nice wind for the final session.

I covered up the stitches in my ankle with a waterproof dressing and got out for just over two hours.

It was ideal conditions for slalom training... choppy water to test control in a straight lines and corners.

Started with the 114L + 7.0m + 38cm then changed down to the 98L + 36cm after about 30 minutes.

Both combinations felt good and my technique improved during the session.
