WSW on the Bar. Arrived late and decided to go for the Speedboard with Slingshot. Wrong call. Should have been on the Falcon 80 with 23 Hotrod or perhaps Venom. Very choppy and uncomfortably tricky on the speed gear. 

WSW great to have some real wind! New spot record for Bucks only 0.39kt left to crack 40 here, choppy runs behind bar as too W again so confident of a 40 with bit more SW. Best run was a bit nervous as hideously lumpy but fully powered up all the way (250m) with fin just hanging on. First go on 2nd hand 5.7m which had no batten tensioner bolt in 3rd batten down and a NP mast cap which needed a serious rasping before fitting North Viper, very nice sail  

2nd session today after a late lunch and batten fix. Wind finally went more SW @ approx 6.30pm as bar started working again after 4pm low tide. Sail felt much better and runs were flatter but wind strength eased unfortunately. 40kts not too far away for this spot

Since I'm still pretty bummed i missed the boat on Friday. Thought I'd mention that the 500m record stands at 34.37 kt.
