Another fun day. Initially rigged the new KA Koncept 6.2m on IS87 slalom with Lessacher Duo Rake 30 (lots of ribbon weed in the water). Had a few runs and then the wind picked up a bit so I decided to try the new 5.4m Koncept on my old IS50. Need a larger symmetrical fin so I fitted a MxR Widebase 30 22cm and went for a blast. I was quite a bit underpowered but managed to get going and have some fun runs. The illustrate, the slalom gear and 6.2m was right in its sweet spot and flying! I was only a couple of knots slowwer on the bigger kit! Really great fun.

Last years 6.2 Koncept was my favourite sail! Not anymore! It is now the 2014 6.2m rigged on my RDM mast! :-)

The 5.4m also looks awesome and feels great. Now I ned a 30-35 knots day to really give it a work out!!

First time on the F2 Ride 282 - 115 litre board. Was surprised to get nearly 30 knots (29.5 on the GPS) with a board that size, but it's the smallest I have while waiting for the Ride 277 to come back. The wind was smooth, the runs were great, but the board doesn't want to point on the way back - making it tiresome, and had to give it up after 2.5 hours sailing...
