Hard one to post since I've got the 70 avg that Johan wants to do and is so close to.  

This was my goal for the day and the 33 cm fin and 6.8 were good for that purpuse. For going back to the start they were rather big. I could have sailed the 6.0 and the 26 cm fin as well today for higher max. Would have been a nice day for the Karpathosspeed event as well. Had one scary spinout with at least 65kmh but got the fin tracking quickly (pfew).

Good to see Tim out there as wel and congratulations with 40 knots + 

Katana Race 26 geht super im 50er. hat genug Saft für das 6,2er. Jetzt wär halt nur mehr die durchegehende Böe notwendig. Kurzum wieder ein herrlicher Tag im tollsten Klima der Welt(trockene 30-40 Knoten Wind,strahlend blauer Himmel, 30 Gard Lufttemp. und 26 Grad Wassertemp.) Sessie 69: En inderdaad kon ik alleen maar 69 op 10 seconden varen. De 70 turbo-vlagen kon ik ik n iet vinden, maar morgen weer een kans! Eric, gefeliciteerd met het doorbreken van de 70 AVG barriere!

second day in DEVILS .. bay ,spending all the morning trying to figure out whats happening in this strange and boardbreaker place , full of spin outs with MXR 26, one broken line and a marvelus wipe out, and a new friend after breaking 40 barrier shouting and spashing on the water !

Very difficult bay, i made a couple of runs in the afternoon with JP45 and felt really steady with 21 slingshot ..(but not enough wind).. lets see what will happen tomm

for the moment i have to win this beer contest with Tim in the chicken bay

Today was the day - finally first time the magic 40 appeared on my GPS display!! Very, Very happy

Went out and got the perfect run, probably the fastest today, it felt smooth and easy.

Afterwards was pushing too hard on my fins on the downwind and got a couple of scary spinouts. Called it a day, so that I remained the perfect day for me!! More to come.....

Meltemi is roaring and Karpathos is delivering as usual winds 20-30 knots and more every f... day.. !!
Was really fun today riding, and enjoying the beers tonite with some friends - 1st round is on me!!!!

Bedankt voor de felicitaties mannen. Volgend jaar heb ik jullie er graag weer, in goede gezondheid, bij in Karpathos. In Nederland gaan we binnenkort nog stukken sneller!
