Session @W-dijk oost

Started with the new GS-R 7.1. After rigging it before in my garden with both 430 and 460 mast and after contact with Renato decided to use the 460. Sail was super: Nice profile much power and control, fast acceleration. But after few lengths the mast broke. Luckily we chose for a save spot, no problem.

Rest of the (short) session with 6.3, was sometimes a bit to small, but most of the time enough. The Wide base didn't match with the chop so took the SL7.

Not cold, satisfied about the Falcon 105 2007, and with good company it was a good start.

Was aangenaam varen, goeie wind goed gezelschap en niet koud. leuke wintersessie.

First session with my new KA-sails and as expected I can easily handle a smaller sail in comparison to my buddies. 6.6 was a little big at times but did'nt had the time to change to 5.8. The 30 cm fin was a little smal for the combo, had have taken the 34 UFO so have to experiment a little bit the get the right combo. Nevertheless I very nice feeling (lightweight) sail that gets the board very early planing capacities and lots of power!! cheeky  Trimming is very easy and can be done in the water, have changed the downhaul twice (little more due to increased winds laugh and no time to change..) so am friends with the sail already.
